Hello you all.

Looking to get the MFT/3 whit the fence. Will use it mostly in shop for 90 degree cuts.
I have no experience working whit the MFT.

Wonder that accessories is recommended to get? And why...

Thanks in advance.

Regards Woodkrafts

I would have in no particular order:
2 Festool quick clamps
2 Kreg auto max bench clamps ( if you do any Kreg joinery)
2 long and 2 short Parf dogs or Qwas dogs
1 set Festool clamping elements
1 largish very accurate square

Steve

Sorry, I missed the why....
Quick clamps- fast stable way to mount rails to sheets, any pieces to table top or table rails on side.
Kreg Klamps- great way to firmly hold down face frame or corner joints for pocket screw joinery.
4 Parf dogs allow you to use the accuracy of the table hole to square your workpiece and or a rail at 90 degrees. You can actually do certain angle too using the holes. Long dogs allow you to attach to a rail and square the rail to holes and feed sheet goods under it.
Clamping elements are expensive but great for holding boards or odd shapes by the edges for sanding, planing, etc

Thanks Steve.
Don't own any Kreg stuff. Got the quick clamps.
But will for sure get me some Parf dogs. Thats exactly the advice I was looking for. Before I make my order. Thanks.

Was thinking to get the slop stop also.

I think the Woodpeckers framing square is a wonderful accessory to the MFT. It is also very useful in trying up table saw fences, squaring cabinet sides, as well as making sure the MFT rail is square.

I usually try and avoid pushing Parf Dogs but this video may give you some additional ideas for your MFT3 - it is a superb work bench, not only for cutting wood but for setting up jig work and work holding.
