I had already tapped and screwed the plexiglass in earlier postings.

That's a nice set and it looks like you put a lot of work into it.  I'm curious as to why you didn't set back the flanking fences in case you have a board that has a slight bend to it.
 
The mdf fences are adjustable because I used bolts to attach them.  However, I have not had a problem with crooked boards.

I built the whole thing in 3 sections and bolted them together.  Mainly so that if I move or build a shop I can move it.

I have to admit the parallel guide stops aggrevate me.  I think festool really needs to rework the stops.  The sighting marks just are not accurate enough.

I have friends that think I am crazy to have bought festool and the fancy "circular saw".  But they just don't know what they are missing.
