MFT Hole Pattern Clarification

So I know that the grid pattern is 96mm on center, and the holes are 20mm. Does anyone know what the distance from the edge of the top to the center of the first row of holes is? I would guess that it's 86 mm but looking for confirmation. Thanks!

The MFT/3 top is 1102 x 718mm.

The distance between the centre of the first row of holes and the centre of the last is 576mm (7 holes with 96mm between each), so the centre of the first hole is (718-576mm)/2 or 71mm.
