That would be cool - I guess that's standard MDF, just in different colours?

Don't know if it's the same where you are, but here in the UK different types of MDF are colour-coded. Moisture resistant MDF (MRMDF) is coloured green, and fire resistant MDF (FRMDF) is coloured red.

So you could easily buy a sheet of MR MDF & make your own green tabletop!

Well maybe you can. Check out Great Lakes colored MDF. Might make some interesting cabinet doors.
