I'm building a MFT table and need some advice regarding folding legs. When mounted with pivot brackets they block the bottom t-slot and I'm pretty sure that would prevent me from installing the Dashboard Guide Rail Bracket Set and/or other accessories.
Here's an example ...
Folding MFT Table
If I made Access Slots like [member=70363]MikeGE[/member] did on his cart, would that allow me to insert the guide rail hinge set and then slide it into position?
8020 Access Slots
I've also found this table which has the legs on the inside with a different pivot bracket and method of locking the legs. I'm not sure how much effort it would take to lock the legs as it seems this mechanism needs to be disassembled whenever the table is folded up. I do like that it's only on one side so my 8020 MFT Sys Cart can slide out but I'm not sure how this would affect stability. I'd also lose the ability to put a dog/clamp in the front t-slot of the leg and use it to support material clamped vertically to the front 1530 extrusion ...
