"Manufacturer?s suggested retail price is $1,597.00"   [eek]

yeah, but we all know that with few exceptions MSRP's from American manufacturers are to be taken with a grain of salt

They sold me one. It hasn't shipped yet so we'll see if it does...

Well, just was in the Newbury Park CA HmDpt and they have a display and two in boxes. Of course, no one knows a thing about it...
I tried reading the manual, and obtuse would be a compliment. Perhaps someone who uses airless would understand it better.
Is it a "turbine assisted airless" or "pump assisted turbine" in "fine mode"? Does that make up for the two stage turbine?
It would be awesome to spray my stucco exterior and patio cover (maybe even reseal my redwood fence), and then turn around and finely spray some interior trim and built-ins I'm working on!!!!

Same as internet: $379. I know, all I could think was, uh you can get: a really good conversion gun, or a fairly decent hvlp, or a disposable/diy airless for that amount...

Thanks, Steve!

A Franklin buys a lot...

Mine arrived a couple of days ago. It appears to be a solid piece of goods. I won't have a chance to use it for a little while but I thought it sounded like a good deal so I jumped on it. This makes the deal a lot sweeter.

I might have a crown job coming up that will be 1500+lf, this would ideal.  I've got a nice Asturo gun now with a pressure pot but I wouldn't want to use that for this job.  Being able to spray directly from a 5 gallon bucket would be perfect.  Let us know how the unit performs.

Hey Tom Bellemare can you tell does the spray gun and hose connection has a SWIWEL? Did you try the sprayer? Is the spray pattern unified?
Thank you in advance for respond

No, the gun doesn't swivel. In fact, there are two hoses - one for pressurized fluid and one for air, which is used if you are in HVLP mode.

Tom

Is the HVLP part a gimmick?

Aren't HVLP systems around a grand?  I mean, ones that aren't a PITA to use or clean.

Is it possible that Milwaukee's machine could give comparable performance at 40%-50% the cost of a Fuji, for example?

Regards,

John

Anyone thinking of getting this, here's a coupon for $100 off, final price $279.
I couldn't get the coupon to work. It says Adobe file is damaged and cannot be repaired.
