The CT MINI and CT MIDI are getting an upgrade...

They will come standard with HEPA filters and SelfClean bags.

They also are getting a new motor that delivers 137 CFM, the previous motor delivered 99 CFM. Soon, you won't have to sacrifice suction for greater portability.

AND... The Price Remains the Same!

Tom

The Festool USA website is still showing the same suction specs.  Any change in part number between the lower and higher suction models?

As far as I know, Kodi, there isn't. Apparently it is being tracked by production/serial numbers.

Funny how this seems to go against Festool's comments about a change in a tool means a change in it's model number.  I don't care one way or the other, but perhaps others that are in need of figuring out the new model from the old would appreciate Festool sticking to its prior statement and history.  [scratch chin] [poke]

Here they have different model numbers. The new Mini has number 583355 and the old Mini has numbers 456879 and 498238.

The USA Festool site still shows all the data for the old model, and so do Tom's and Bob's websites. I guess you haven't received the new ones yet so no need to update the sites yet.

I haven't found the new Mini yet here either in the store. Been to over a dosen different dealers last 2 months and they all still had the old types.

Our website shows the "lowest common denominator" specifications since some dealers still have inventory of the pre-update models.
