Hey just got one of the new midi Systainer sand it's pretty good 😊 I've modified it to fit more stuff in without wasting space. In this one I have C18, Cxs,Bhc18, Carvex battery version, three 18v 5.2 ah batterys. 6 loknlok food containers for 50mm screws 30mm screws rawlplugs drillbits
Hinges ,wall spirals, etc. The whole thing Sysmidi 3 fits nicely into a victorinox wheeled baggage with three Systainer minis arranged on top (the little ones don't latch onto the big one) inside the minis I have plumbing spanners handtools squares measuring tapes small tools etc. The baggage has just enough space to squeeze my ts55 on top and also two outer straps to strap on my rail bag!! So now I just roll the whole lot onto the tube or a bus and I can find any tool very quickly!
Why not have a go previously I had a bag full of tools rolling about loosely and I had to hunt to find something-all gone now☺☺

What a great idea for a multi-tool systainer!  You have got me thinking  [scratch chin]

Not a bad idea - but why not cut out an oval on the top side / sides to make grabbing the drills a little easier? They won't fall out anyway and it looks a little cramped in there.

I mix a lot in my Systainers but I like to leave room for chargers and accessories so each SYS is a more or less self-contained unit. Love the MIDI Systainers, helps bring tools together. :)
