MW/1000 extension

I have two of these extension tables, and every time I try and register them, it says something like “product number not recognised”
I have mailed Festool UK twice to querie this but have no replies? Would I be better phonning them?
Anybody else had this issue?

I wonder if the extension tables are considered an accessory and not a tool as it doesn’t include the portable wheeled part? That could make it not registerable - at least herein the US.

Does it have a part number and serial number?

Thats a good indication if its a tool or accessory

Hi Peter and Jobs, Yes they have a part and serial number, which is what prompted me to try and register them.
I know they are a new product but, thought they’d be on the system before release.
I guess a phone call would be a better option.

Well you were right guys, although they have model and serial numbers, they are classed as accessories.
