As of late I have seen a lot of posts about sysports and organization. I figured I would post my take on this. What started as an old shelf I inherited from the dumpster at work that I had my tools, air compressor and a whole lot of "junk" on. My Festool collection grew quickly over the last year (I swore I only needed a track saw). I got tired of every tool I needed was on the bottom of the stack. So it was time I did something about it.
First thing I did was move my air compressor to the attic and re-did the plumbing for it and added a on/off switch in the garage. Cleaned the shelf off and moved it to the shed. Now I could finally build the sys-ports.
This was actually the easy part using the measurements and drawer slides erock so nicely provided in his how to videos.  I just added 2x4's for a base, set the Sys Ports in top and the built the rest of the shelf around them.
So basically managed to fit all of my mainly used tools in a 50"x96" space and can easily find everything. Thanks to everyone here for their ideas.
