What is the narrowest rail and stile I can use with Blum hinges?

I want to use a narrow perimeter for a glass center panel cabinet door using 3/4” oak material. 

Can I go as low as 2”?

Mini hinge, page 116 of the catalogue
3-5mm offset + 26mm dia hole
screw points are within this.

That'd get you under the 2"

Standard clip top is
3-7mm offset + 35mm dia hole

which can still fit under 2" but is about 3/8" away from the inside edge.  I'd go mini if your weight is within bounds.

edit: note the boss tends to add 2.5mm extra beyond the hole edge so that'll nibble away at your 3/8"

I have the catalog at home.  I will check on that.

I have this nifty Blum boring jig.  I can’t imagine it will work with the mini.  What do I need to install a Blum mini?

Yes. I generally use 2 1/4", when I have the choice, for just this reason.
