Need Measurement on UG Cart

Can someone with a Kapex and UG Cart please provide a measurement for me? I'm looking to repurpose my UG Cart, and I don't have a Kapex to install, so I need some measurement of how far apart the two retaining rails (the pieces that you go between the Kapex and UG Cart) are spaced. I could use the measurement from the outer edges of these retaining rails, or even the distance from center to center of the tubes they are mounted.

The two black plastic pieces that the Kapex is attached to are 630 mm OD.
