New Festool dealer in UK - Intelligent Workshop Tools

Hello everyone

I have just launched a brand new Festool Specialist Dealership in Central Kent, UK.  We are a small startup company and hope to offer an outstanding customer experience.  Our showroom of tools is available for our customers to come along and try out the tools.  We are part of a commercial workshop with many years experience in the trade. 

We hope to make good friends here on FOG and hopefully will be able to help out with any Festool related issues.

do you ship to ireland. i dont see an option for that in the shipping section. (also you should change the font colour in that section as it is hard to read)

Hi Alan

Thanks for the welcome.  We do not have an option to ship to Ireland on our website at the moment.  It is something we plan on doing soon.  There is some added complications when posting to Ireland that I've not yet resolved.  In the mean time you would be very welcome to call or email your order through and we'll give you a shipping quote.

I'm not snubbing the Irish, just my wife (who's from Dublin)

Which page are you talking about?  Our Shipping and Returns page?

i wasnt even thinking that you were snubbing us. i dont see reference to shipping outside of the uk.

yes i was talking about the shipping and returns page. on my screen it is very dark and a pain to read. just thought you should know as it probably looks alright on your software.

i am very interested in one of those torque work centers. its on my wish list of a while now. if only i could afford it. some day the pennies will add up enough

Can I ask what browser you are using?  I take it you are not seeing the Shipping and Returns site like the attached image?

no i dont see it like that . where your text is black and white mine is black and grey background. not enough contrast.
im using the bog standard windows explorer for microsoft.

maybe another member could check what they get
