I bought this just before these planers were discontinued, but I've never used it. Given the great reviews I've read, I'm not sure why Festool stopped selling these in the US. (There was some speculation that Festool was going to introduce a new version with the Plug-it cord, like the European model, but I've seen no sign of it here.) As you can see in the photos, it comes in a classic systainer.
