new mafell saw,mf 26 cc

It's not really a saw but what they call a "multi-router". Some sort of specialised dado saw. It is meant to hold large blades that are a lot wider than normal saw blades, and the large blades can have various profiles to make grooves in certain shapes. The one picture where it shows how they make those partial grooves in wood, is done with a triple blade so you can rout three grooves in one go. Other pictures show how you can rout a rabbet or a v shaped groove. The tool is meant for various materials like wood, metal and plaster board.

It can take a saw blade for normal saw jobs, but it will only cut up to 26 mm / 1 inch deep.
