New midi Bluetooth issues?

I’ve tried to find if this has been posted before but I couldn’t find anything, I’ve got a new midi L class, for the life of me I can’t get any Bluetooth battery or my Bluetooth remote to connect to it?

Has anyone else had the same problem or found a fix

I'm assuming you are referring to the MIDI-I when you say "new". I haven't had any issues at all with the bluetooth module in mine and I've connected to the remote as well as batteries.

I thought there was some software updates available for MIDI as well as the batteries but since I'm an iOS user in the US I'm not able to verify that.
