New RAS 115 - oil around spindle lock button?

I just got a new RAS 115.  The spindle lock button has oil all around it.  I press the button down, and the oily part bubbles.  It seems like there is an oily sponge under the button.  Is this "oiliness" normal?

Kodi, I don't have an answer for you. I'm going to have to consult with our service department. I'll get you an answer by Monday.

Kodi, I go a reply back from Lester this morning. He recommended that you exchange it for another unit with your dealer or to make arrangements with us to take a look at it. It sounds like that's not normal. If you'd prefer, I can have someone give you a call to discuss it by phone before you take any action. Sorry that you're having that happen right out of the box.
