New Rotex 150 owner... how to connect shopvac dust hose?

Has anyone found an adapter that will allow a 1 1/4 in Shopvac hose connect to the Rotex 150?  I searched for 2 hours and found a thread that seemed to say that a Festool hose would fit a Shopvac... can anyone confirm that??

I'd appreciate any help - I am a new Festool owner, but I don't have the cash right now to buy a new CT22.  I may have to sell a couple of my Lie Nielson's to afford my newest addiction to Festool.
