New Sawstop Jobsite Saw

I have the original job site saw and to be honest the fence sucks. The back end of the saw sits on a wheel and any slight pressure causes variences to the wood being but. I know some may ask why and I putting so much pressure on the fence... Thanks use micro jig Gripper to push the work pieces.

[member=66185]Alanbach[/member] I have resorted to doing just that which sucks because the saw cost 1200 before taxes. My previous dewalt job site saw fence was rock solid but not as safe as the sawstop. If I had to do it over I would of bought the professional saw and dealt with the limited space in the garage.

I am just waiting until the accountant (wife ) approves the purchase of the professional saw! I hope Festool parent group takes product improvements and actually give the job site saw a decent fence.
