Here's another LS 130 coming to Colorado today from Timmy C.  One of the nice things about ordering from him and living in Colorado is that we get 2 day delivery without an up-charge.  He seems like a really good guy having spoke to him on the phone.  I'll have to make a road trip one of these days.

I like to deal with Uncle Bob.  I haven't bought anything from TimmyC, but Bob hasn't given me a reason to go elsewhere.   Shipping does take a few days from Jersey, but I really appreciate his advice and professionalism.

I'm trying to convince him to talk me out of a Kapex, but I don't think I'll have any luck.

I have purchased from Bob as well.  Although I have not talked to him, based upon others and posts he has done, he seems like a good guy too.  It appears like no matter which Festool retailer you deal with, you cannot go too far wrong.

He is very knowledgable, and he won't let you buy something, just to make the sale.  he will qualify and help you quantify your needs.  Having only bought other tools from Woodcraft, or used, I can't comment on the customer service from the other dealers represented on this forum, but I assume that most do a decent job, or they wouldn't be able to remain competive.  With price being a non-issue, it all boils down to customer service.  For this reason, I'll stick with Mr. Marino.
