ok, so I've got a OF1010, had it a while, really good router.
I used it yesterday to cut a 25mm rebate in some 3x3par, with a 25mm straight cutter, I coundnt think of the best solution for the dust extraction, so basically used the nozzle built into the base, this didn't work, was expecting that,later I noticed on the underside of the side fence there appears to be provision for an aditional dust shroud to remove the waste from the side, is this viable?, and can they be bought separately?

thanks for the reply, that doesn't seem to be available in the UK :-(, I'll have to come up with another solution

Normally this part is included with every OF 1010 and is part of the side fence.
If lost or broken it can be ordered from any UK shop as part 437307.

Nuts and Bolts are usually able to order in most things from the Fartherland so may be worth calling them

Alternate option is to use a bearing rebate cutter and buy the standalone edging dust adapter that uses the side fence rods to attach

haha, yeh, I'd found the one on Amazon, no way I'm paying £50 for a piece of moulded plastic,
