i need to route a 5/8 radius door hinge, i need a 1 3/8 OD template guide with a straight 1 1/4 router bit, i used a ujk hinges jig, my problem is, i own OF 1400, the 495342 template fits only on an OF 2200, festool don’t make for OF 1400, Anyone knows where to get a brass bushing that fit. Tnx in advance.

Templates, bushings, copy rings ??? ? To cut a mortise rebate for a door hinge, all you need is the correct diameter cutter and the router's parallel fence ......
Place the hinge on the door edge and draw round it with a sharp pencil. Set the router up with the parallel fence so that the rear edge of the cutter blade exactly lines up with the rear edge pencil line. Make a few test cuts on some scrap to set your plunge depth to the correct hinge plate thickness. Rout carefully making sure that you don't cross the other lines at the top and bottom of the hinge - just make sure your corner radii are in the right place (exactly touching vertical and horizontal lines), and then square the top and bottom edges of the rebate with a chisel. If you're worried about the router wobbling about on the narrow door edge, clamp a block of wood to the side of the door to act as a support sledge to stabilise it.
This one's been done with a 12.7mm cutter which has also then had the corners squared off with a chisel to accept a rectangular hinge, so do likewise with your 1.25" cutter to get your rounded corners and save yourself a world of hassle. The whole process takes 5 minutes maximum - and since you already now have your fence position and plunge depth set up for all of your other hinges, they will take no more than a minute each ....
