OF1400 Router Bit Not Centered to guide ring

So I attempted to use my OF1400 for the first time since i bought it on the recon sale back in Dec '17. My issue is the router collet/bit is not centered in to the guide ring. Can anyone assist?

This is a dirty secret with the 1400 that they don't tell you about.  There is a fix though:
