I am using an OF2200 router with CTL26 extractor and I always seem to get the end of the hose clogging up where it plugs into the router when routing in hardwoods such as Oak and Mahogany.  -  anyone else experienced this or similar problems? I always rout from left to right and try not to let the machine labour too much... Perhaps I am going too fast? Any suggestions?

I am using the 27mm hose end - always seems to catch the bigger chips and back up the end of the hose.

Get the bigger hose (36mm) for use with the routers.  You'll see the difference.  Same with the planers.

You've got to consider the volume and size of the material you're removing, when determining which hose to which tool.

Yup, + 1

I used to use the 27mm when doing stairs but it always blocked.  Since i started using the 36mm, no blockages.
