Hey all,

So I noticed the new vacuums have the bluetooth fitting on them, super slick.  I'm upgrading my track saw (Makita) to their cordless version, so I won't have a way to have the hose on auto setting.  Has anyone found a plug in option I can either plug the vacuum into (the wall) or plug into the vacuum port itself with a remote so I can enable bluetooth?  I can foresee my future being a lot of up and down turning the vacuum on now that I won't have the tracksaw plugged directly into it.

Many thanks!

Not sure if it exists. I also don’t know much watts it needs to trigger

Crazy thought. Take a extension cord with a remote controlled light bulb. Then when you trigger the light the vac should turn on. You have those RF socket pretty cheap.

At least it will light up your day [grin]

I use this remote to power my Fuji HVLP.  The Fuji MM3 is essentially a vacuum motor turbine so it should handle the power requirements for the CT.
