Should've posted this here first.
I'm interested in a new finishing method and I'm torn between osmo and the surfix system.
I'm primarily concerned with ease of use (more mechanical finishing less hand finishing) and shorter finishing times.
I build a pretty wide array of furniture from large tables to small bandsaw boxes. I'm leaning towards the Surfix but everyone seems to rave about the osmo.
Thanks.

Osmo Polyx all the way. In the UK they've recently brought out a sprayable version of polyx if you have large areas to cover. I've tried the surfix and didn't get on with it plus it works out a lot more expensive in the long run, for no obvious benefits. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big festool fan and have spent probably around £10k on their tools, but the surfix is one of their rare mistakes IMHO.

Gloss polyurethane,  3 coats sanding in betwixt coats.  Not a fan of the wait times or the reults.
