Recently, I purchased my first Festool drill from Festool Products (festoolproducts.com) which resulted in a most pleasant online experience. Festool Products and , especially Sean Ackerman, went out of their way to expedite the order and even provided me with daily updates. Their care for me, as a customer, made this one of the best online transactions I've ever had.

In addition, while using the drill, I found an issue with the 3-jaw chuck. The chuck would not slip onto the drill shaft, due to a burr or something on the hex shank inside the chuck. Again, Festool Products (Sean Ackerman) was there to help.

Thank again, Festool Products. I'll be back!

I also had a most pleasant experience with Sean.  I want you all to know that Sean sells more than Festool.

I purchased the Powermatic 14" bandsaw from him.  The price and service was outstanding.  There were a few issues getting the type of delivery service ironed out, but once it was, things went perfect.

I think Sean may be one of the only Festool dealers that posts to the FOG and also sells major brands of woodworking equipment.
