Paneling a [mini] fridge

Wondering about the best way to add cabinet panels to a mini fridge.  This is a personal project - basement bar area.  Budget needs to be trimmed so the slick stainless steel fridge we were originally planning on probably gets replaced with a cheaper mini-fridge.

I know I could just use construction adhesive, but looking for ideas for the most finished looking result...
 
I would choose 100% silicone over construction adhesive, for flexibility.  Over ten years ago, I built a cabinet style panel for a dishwasher that was not intended to have one.  It was an Asko with a completely flat face.  I attached the panel with dabs of silicone and clamped it overnight.  When I saw the client last summer, everything was still good.
