Hi

Wasn't sure were to post this but can anybody help me out

I'm making a storage cupboard for my hand tools (don't hold your breath in anticipation will probably be about 18month build that's my usual turnaround)
Have an idea to store some squares rulers MFS jig etc on a 25mm MDF door routerd in .ie woodpeckers style

Anyone know where I could buy or could make me some of the little clear Perspex turn disks I could use to secure the tools with

Thanks Mick

I think it would be an easy job for an X carve or similar

You can get acrylic from lots of places and even recycle it from trash. A guide bushing and a bit with a jig/template will allow you to make circles. Sometimes you can find a template laying around the house from some obscure object. Double stick tape the acrylic down so the cut out center doesn't jump into the bit and away you go!

I cut all sorts of diameters just using my hole saws and sanding and scraping.
