Hi,

Not surprisingly, living here in the US, there are no local suppliers of anything metric

I've got some jig ideas for my MFT but cannot get my grubby hands on 20 mm rods or tubes.

All of the on-line suppliers will not ship to the US (is there a regulation against it?).

Anybody across the pond interested in helping out?  Obviously I would reimburse you for time, purchase and shipping

Google is your friend. You can either turn raw bar stock to size or buy some material from this supplier

However. You wont find anything of nominal size that is precise enough for making jigs the material will either be undersized, oversized or just right but it will be a gamble and that brings us back to machining oversized stock to size.

The best thing I've found is 20mm PVC electrical conduit. I just cut it into 100mm lengths & use that. It's a perfect fit for the MFT holes, and dirt cheap too!

I'll happily ship you some if you want. PM me.
 
you could use qwas dogs. or get steve to machine up some with apropriate mounting holes. they will fit perfectly in the mft as he will make them to you sized holes
