These parts are all [acronym=Not Available In North America]NAINA[/acronym].
I got a chance to look at the Plug-It Conversions. Here's what I found:
UBS/PUR 360-PLUG IT (491 144)
length of wires attached ("pigtail") 360mm
intended by Festool to convert the following tools:
RS 1, RS 1 C
DX 93
RO 150, RO 2
RAS 115
BF 1
PS 200, PS 2
KF 4
UBS/PUR 420-PLUG IT (491 145)
length of wires attached ("pigtail") 420mm
intended by Festool to convert the following tools:
RS 2, RS 3
RS 400, RS 4
DS 400
ES 125
OF 1000, OF 900
[The ATF 55 is not mentioned. I do not know why.]
ATF 65, AT 65
AP 55, AP 65
EHL 65
My Notes
These conversions replace the non-Plug It power cord on some Festools with a short cord ending in a female Plug It connnection. You will also need a standard wall-to-tool Plug It cord.
The two conversion units appear to be identical, except for the length of the attached wires.
The North American 16-gauge OF 1010/OF 1400 power cord (490 656) fits both Plug It conversions. This cord
handles 1400 Watts (12 amps @ 120 volts) in the OF 1400 application. This heavier cord will plug into all North American Plug It tool models as well as the Plug It conversions.
The North American 18-gauge power cord (490 649 for PS 300, ETS 150, RO 125, LS 130...) does not fit either of the Plug It conversions.
The highest wattage tool mentioned on the Plug It package is the AP 65 EB at 1500 watts.
Conversion of non-Festool power tools: Festool offers no information about this. From what I can determine, the tool must be double-insulated and draw no more than 12 amps. The Plug It 420 gives you a longer pig tail to work with.
When connected to a North American power cord, the blue conductor of the Plug It Conversion is neutral, the brown is hot.
All the usual disclaimers apply--if you choose to use this information, be careful and use your own judgement. Hope this helps.
