Hello fellow FOG members:
a year into the successful launch of our first tool for use with FESTOOL products we see a definite place for collected tips and wisdom of users of these types of tools.
We have a similar call for action regarding the GRS-16 Squares and see the need for gathering tips and best practices for precision triangles as well - not just our tools but others aimed at similar purpose as well. Basic stuff - like not relying on the accuracy of ordinary squares and triangles and how to check them but also good applications and best practices for achieving consistently good results. A troubleshooting section will help get users past tough spots, too.
In other words: please contribute to the body of knowledge on this thread so we can compile it and make it freely available for all in one convenient and easy to find place on the internet.
