As President of McFeely’s, I am thrilled to announce that we have reinvigorated our relationship with Festool. With our goal of supplying best-in-class fasteners, it only makes sense that we work with the highest quality power tools and accessories in the industry. By expanding our line of Festool products, our goal is to provide same-day shipping and well-maintained inventory levels so that our customers can receive the products that they want, when they want them. Our vision is to be your ultimate resource; over the past six months we’ve made it a priority to have everyone in our company from HR to warehouse pickers, including a dedicated full-time tech rep, trained both at Festool and in-house. I believe there’s no better combination for our customers than well-designed power tool systems and the toughest fasteners in the industry.

As a customer of both excellent companies, I have to admit I don't have a clue as to what this statement means in terms of what I would see in product offerings or service offerings.

I am with you brother.

At first I thought it was just me having a flashback looking the Rosetta stone in a former life...

I'll throw my "umm" into the mix.

I gather there's a desire to build a better Festool sales business at McFeelys??

From afar I actually wish them well, but their message would have been so much more simple and affective if they had employed some version of Kev's example -

McFeeley's had a pretty disastrous hiccup regarding Festool when the company changed hands. Lots of us on the FOG had problems that received a lot of attention at the time.  I think this is just their way of trying to reintroduce themselves.

Though a bit verbose I think Peter made a good "re-introduction". I was a loyal McFeeley's customer for 20+ years prior to it changing hands when everything went south. I actually had a positive Festool experience in that I picked up a Festool drill kit for $200. So I say,
Welcome back Peter! I will give y'all another go when I need fasteners again. I am pretty well flush on Festool stuff for the time being.

Jack
