Pretty cool new Fastcap Tape

Just came across the board.  Burn One tape measure.  Name speaks for itself.  Blank space at the beginning of the scale to allow you to line up your zero exactly where need be.  Maybe this will solve all of Paul Marcel's issues?

No, my problem was the other way.  If you forget to subtract one for the burned inch, it's an inch longer and I could correct.  Dunno how I'd always _always_ be exactly 0.5" short, with frightening accuracy.

On a Gary Katz video he suggests carrying a spacer block of exactly 4".  10" makes the math easier, so you don't have to "burn one".
