I have one of these machines and yesterday I was looking for the edge guard. I swear that the kit came with one, but honestly I can't remember. If it didn't come with one, can I use a guard for a RO 125?

I am not a Pro 5 owner, but I just looked up the original ad.  A protector was shown as part of the package.  The part number is 201690.

No, the guards clip to the sander body and the body is round on a RO 125 while the body is more square on a PRO 5.

Thanks for the replies and info. It was driving me batty, so I tore into all my systainers and eventually found it sleeping with my RO 150.  I was so mad that I grounded it for a month.

Take another look in the systainer.  The guard is pretty well hidden on the left edge of the insert.

Since it all dark navy it can be really hard to see in there.
