I purchased the ProTool FLC UNI work light some 17 months ago when the Festool Syslight was not in production. This light worked great up until the 12th of July 2013 then quit. I live in the US and purchased from PROFESSIONALTOOL.CO.UK dealing with Warren. I emailed Warren and told him my ProTool light had quit and asked if it was worth dealing with since I live in the US. Thinking I would have to ship back over for repair. Like Festool it has a 3 year warranty. The light was around $70.00 including shipping form the UK. Warren did check with ProTool the "Switch" was no longer available.
Warren responded quickly and offered a full refund with shipping and had my money from PayPal in hours. Wow! is all I can say! Anything you need to order from the UK order from Warren @ Professional Tool.....
