Looking for suggestions - Recently I was attempting to cut 15" circles with a PSB 300 EQ Jigsaw with the trammel bar through
3/4" Baltic Burch Plywood. Started out with Festool 2" (50mm) blade P/N # 486564. Adjusted the blade Jaws as per on-line videos, started to cut,
was not in a hurry so I applied little pressure. With in 2" of the cut origination the blade started to bend "in" towards the center of the cut - not cutting perpendicular to the wood surface. Change bladed to a larger blade P/N 473723 which is a heavier blade, and tried to correct the cut, same problem - blade bent at a angle  ?

At this point I tried a new blade but also tried checking the Jaws adjustment, that is when I was the "jaws" were deflecting the blade. The stationary side to the jaws is not aligned with the Blade Holder. You can look down the blade and see it blade defliction at the jaws. You cannot adjust the jaws with the small Allen wrench supplied with the saw - as the fixed jaw that is the problem

Any thoughts............

I noticed the same thing on my 300.  I don't think there is anything that can be adjusted to remedy this.  I'm just fortunate that in my use for a jig saw it doesn't cause me any problems.  Hope you find a solution!

There is a solution to your problem.

First test-cut on the line, slowly, almost without sawing divorce, and look at the gaps on the left and right side of the blade.

I have this gap is the same, but they pretend that everything is bad, and I start to understand a jigsaw.
First need a screwdriver PH2, and then Torx20 Torx15, the latter must be very strong.

Remove cover:

Then twist off the sole and shoot the lock lever by unscrewing the screw marked in red. Anything more Torx20 not required.

Unscrewed by Torx15 upper and lower screws Slipknot:

Now is the fun. Torx15 need to unscrew two screws marked with red ringlet. They are very tight. And it is necessary to unscrew carefully and gently.

You can then rotate to the desired angle sawing, and collect all back. Important note: all the screws (most screws) which are screwed into the plastic, I first put in the place, then twist counter-clockwise until it clicks, and then begin to wrap. As it turns screw it in previous threads, not cut the meat new.

During assembly, it is necessary not to forget to insert the detent spring blade in place:

After assembly, check and put up on the board blade squareness sole:

Wow! Looks like it can be adjusted after all.  I'm glad my saw works plenty good enough for what I do and glad to have perfect instructions to make it perfect if I need to.
