PSC 420 CARVEX

Hi everyone.

I hope someone can help me as I’m going mad with my new PSC 420 CARVEX jigsaw.  It keeps overheating when hardly cutting anything - what am I doing wrong?  I’ve had it in for repair twice now and Festool have said nothings wrong.  I have adjusted the blade wheel thing so suit the blade thickness but this doesn’t seem to make any difference. Has anyone else had any problems like this? Thanks everyone

Check if the blade overheats when you work it on air,withouth cutting anything,if yes,then you have to loosen the jaws.
also check if you tend to push too hard while cutting
