Question about dimensions of Kapex installed on folded UG stand

I have a question to Kapex and UG stand owners: could one of you please measure accurately dimensions of the folded for transportation/storage UG stand with Kapex installed on it? I found a similar question on FOG with the answer that it is approximately 2" x 2' x 3', but I wonder if I could get dimensions more accurately.

The second question is if it is possible to store UG stand with Kapex in a horizontal position on a shelf, instead of the standard vertical position. Is there anything in the back of the stand that would get in the way?

The background to my question is that I do not have a dedicated workshop and I like to keep our cars in the garage, at least during winter. I have to store all my tools on walls or shelves when they are not in use, and I am running out of storage space. I'd love to get a matching stand to my Kapex, but I am not sure if I have enough room to store it. I wonder if I can fit Kapex attached to the stand to the same shelf on which it is stored now.

My local dealer does not have this stand, so no chance to see it with my own eyes before buying.

I also got a PM from one of the members who wrote:

"The height from the floor to the top of the handle is 35 1/2 inches. The width at the wheels is 25 inches.
The length from the back of the wheels to the front of the stand is 23 1/2 inches.
These are all outside measurements, so that is the minimum size of space you would need. "

I think now I have all information I need - consistent numbers from all sources.
