Quick question about drawer front design aspects...

From the photos all 3 are possible.

But reading the description and seeing "wallnut effect", it's probably a layer of laminate glued on a chipboard core.
 
MDF core, vinyl or paper wrapped under heat and pressure......then all the separate sections are stuck and held together with dowels.

Chinese birch wood panels are MDF and plastic thermal graphics. Stapled and no glue.  Sides MDF or Particle board. 💩
