As of 11 AM Est we have shipment confirmations for the majority of recon orders.  More than 80-90% at this time.

A shipment confirmation means the product has either shipped or has been allocated for the order.

This does not, by any means, mean that the remaining 10-20% of orders that we do not have shipment confirmations for will be canceled.  It merely means Festool has moved their way through the bulk of our orders and have been able to process them at this time without any hiccups.  This is great news guys!  Looks like most all orders will be satisfied with no problems.

I'll continue to update, possibly today as I believe some Fes employees are churning through this Saturday @ the office.  If I get any updates, I'll drop'em here.  Worst case scenario, I should be able to get some new news up here Monday.  If not, please feel free to call us, specifically my Purchasing Agent, Peter, on Monday @ 877-TOOLNUT

Sean,
Got an email from Peter yesterday with tracking# for my mft's. Don't know how long it takes Old Dominion to drive from Indiana to LA, but I will have those bad boys in the field the day they arrive. Thanks again!

Rock on Mike!  FYI, those freight guys usually don't take any longer than your regular Fedex or UPS dudes will take.

We actually have issues with their speed when we ship Powermatic lathes.  These massive pieces of equipment show up so quick, too quick, and surprise the customers.  A surprise UPS package is ok.  A 600 pound lathe is not!

So how many people have confirmations??  Still waiting on mine  [sad]

Haven't received one either.

Timster, we are waiting on quite a few confirmations on OF 1400's.  They seemed to have very low stock of them.

Let me say, if you ordered a reconditioned OF 1400, your odds of getting one are ultra-slim. We had less than a handful of them to start with.
