On the recon sale i noticed the Ti15 basic with the item number 564358. Is this the one that comes in the sys3 with the foam insert to also hold the C15?

Yes, it is, Scott.

The current part number is 564526, which arose when the batteries were upgraded to 4.2 Ah. I'm not sure why a battery-less package would need to change other than the description?

I was wondering the same thing.  Are the $.2 batteries slightly bigger or was the insert changed for the new charger?

I checked earlier today because I have the original version. I can't tell a difference in the systainer insert, visually. I was kind of busy so didn't get down to the nitty gritty...

That was an excellent assumption, Brice, and it indicates a Sterling memory for detail about when revisions occured...

When the initial upgrade came through, I thought the insert would have changed and was careful to match old stock to customers' drills but I couldn't see a difference today.
