Just saw that my local HD is offering the 3000 lumen LED light tower/charger for $319, which is a hefty discount from the $399 they normally offer it for. I'm considering it now more than before...
No the M12 does not have that feature, but I wish it did, and I would buy an M12 version that swiveled in a heartbeat. I do wind up flipping the light over etc., but wish it was adjustable like the M18 version. The weight of the M12 light is awesome as it is light and extremely portable. Fits inside cabinets , under vehicle hoods, etc.
I wish Makita would step up their game on lights as I have tons of 18volt batteries.
Yeah -- got that one too, and like it a lot. I put it up on top of my garage and tilt the head down into the driveway for when I'm table sawing after hours, where it provides plenty of light.

Don't know anything about that particular light but I have the lunchbox sized version with 3k lumens. That's a lot of good light!

Since our yards gets pitch black, I put permanent flood lights 360* around our house. I worry about coming around the corner and getting skunked. The one over the driveway is around 3,000 lumens, but I still find a tripod light on the side helps. Fortunately I wired in a bunch of dedicated 20amp outlets outside. The one you posted above would be nice for that, but how fast will it chew through a 9.0Ah battery? Might be used often with a cord. I do that with my "lunch box" light sometimes.
