Removing Drawer Slides in Sysport

I'm new around here and haven't read all the threads, so someone has probably beat me to it, but I was struggling to get the drawer slides disengaged from the sysport without damaging them. I was using a light rubber mallet on the front underside of the slide, but even then it was curling the metal up and rendering the slide inoperative after reassembly.

The solution: slide the draw all the way out to increase the leverage, and then tap lightly on the front of the extended slide (about 10" outside the cabinet) and they just pop out.
