Just a quick procedure I came up with.

On non-Festool T-Locs a large pair of pliers make it easy. Just place one end of the jaw on the protruding pin inside the Systainer and the other jaw end on the edge of the Systainer , but not on the pin. Squeeze and this will force the pin to pop out. Be ready to catch it. Just reverse to re-insert.

On Festool T-Locs you have to deal with the stiffener.  I used a spreader (bar clamp) to push the Systainer sides out enough to slip a screwdriver  in passed the end of the pin. Then gentley pried until it popped out. Go easy with both the spreader and the screwdriver. Once one pin is out the stiffener can be removed and then pliers will do the other pin.

I hadn't thought of that way, Seth. I put a pair of longnose in the cavity and pried the first one out.
