Request polishing suggestions for RO150 on end grain cutting boards only

Hoping a practiced end grain cutting board maker that uses Festool polish methodology could post on what they use for satin finish then glossy finish.

For someone like me who will never polish my car.

Any positive constructive suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
