Reverse order of posts in thread.

Hi.

Some of the other forums I frequent (like http://www.inkscapeforum.com) have an option in your profile to "reverse" the order of posts in threads once you are logged in. This will display the last post in a thread on top of the page and not as the last on page x.
To me this is quite handy as I don't have to "keep track" of where the thread "ended" on my last visit and I don't have to "search" for that point.
Would it be possible to incorporate the feature on this forum?

There are many limitations of the forum that I haven't been able to see an easy/apparent solution to:

1) You can't reverse the post order, as you've stated.
2) No notifications/subscribe to a thread option.
3) Can't "Like" a post.
4) I can't find a way of adjusting the timezone to show post in the local time of a member.

To be honest it's just a really bad forum (from a technical perspective) all round and could do with a serious update.

I can't remember exactly how long ago it was added, but there is a little notify button at the top and bottom of each thread now.

Visit Profile, then 'Looks and Layout'. Tick the options you want, including 'Show Most Recent Posts at The Top'.

Note also on this page that time can be offset to your time zone. I once did this, but as can be seen in image I do not bother now. You soon get used to the FOG's rhythm in your time. Within Australian Eastern Standard Time;  Australians anytime I am usually awake, NA whilst I sleep until around noon and Europe late afternoon and early evening.
