Riving Knife on TS 75 EQ Track Saw

I got a new TS 75 this week and was going through the manual.

On page 6 of this manual states:
- Move lever (5.3) as far as it will go,
- push switch lock (5.4) up and push sawing unit
down until it locks into place,
- loosen screw (5.1) with Allen key (5.2),
- set spacer wedge as shown in picture 4,
- tighten screw (5.1),
- put lever (5.3) back.

Questions:

[*]Is the factory setting between 2mm and 4 mm between the riving knife and blade?
[*]I did not see any spacer wedge in the package? Where do I get a spacer wedge?
[*]How often do I need to ensure the spacing between riving knife and the blade?
[*]Can someone point me to an online video showing the adjustment of riving knife?

It should have been set correctly from the factory.  No need to change it as long as the saw blade is set 2 to 4 mm above the riving knife (measurement y) as shown in picture 4.
