I have the suffix system and enjoy the finish. I use my Ro 150 on large flat surfaces but often times i need the use of my 90 for
those hard to reach places. Festool does not make the green and white vliers for the 90 to fit the triangle or the smaller size.
Does anyone have a suggestion where I could purchase similar material and make my own? I have used the 150 pads for this but
its expensive because you only get one per pad. Any help would be great.
Thank you

I've asked the same, rumor has it they will come out with the smaller pads. Don't know when but...

The pads have no grit, so I cut down the 125's. Save the cut off for hand work. I don't own a 150.

I have recently done 3 different jobs of Teak outdoor furniture and found that the ETS150 was not the tool for the job, the pads would catch and shred do to the narrow strips of the tops. The RO90 is perfect  and the Vlies pads last much longer
Because of the waste and expense of cutting the 150mm Vlies pads, I've taken to using Scotch Brite pads in the red and white glued to old RO90 sanding pads, using 3M #77 spray adhesive.
I have some of the felt pads for the RO90 that I been thinking of using them for the finish coat instead of the white Scotch Brite pads
The white Vlies pads seem to fall apart very quickly.

I just trace the RO 90 diameter on to a 125 pad and cut with a scissors.
