To do a tool-less pad change on the RO125/150, there's a little green button on the end that locks the drive wheel while you spin off the pad.  Is this button supposed to stick fast when you press it in once?  Or do you have to hold it in while you remove the head with the other hand?  The latter is how mine seems to work, and it's a little awkward.

Put the sander in Driect mode, then push the button in with one hand and twist with the other. I know it may seem a little awkward, but you will get used to it after a few changes.

Put the sander in Rotex Direct Drive mode, push and hold the button with one hand while you unscrew the pad with your other hand.  Very simple, maybe it works more naturally for lefties like me.
